DefSecIntel Solutions and Polish technology company SILTEC Sp. z o.o. signed a memorandum of understanding at MSPO 2026 in Kielce, Poland, covering cooperation on integrated counter-unmanned aircraft systems. The partnership will combine DefSecIntel's EIRSHIELD multi-layer C-UAS architecture and artificial intelligence-assisted command and control with SILTEC's expertise in secure and classified systems.

The agreement focuses on developing scalable and interoperable counter-drone capabilities for Poland and other NATO markets. DefSecIntel identified critical infrastructure protection, border security, public safety and other sensitive environments as priority applications, including locations where controlled and non-kinetic counter-UAS responses are required.

The memorandum was signed by Magdalena Kujawa, vice president of SILTEC, and Jaanus Tamm, chief executive officer of [DefSecIntel Solutions](https://www.defsecintel.com/?utm%5Fsource=chatgpt.com). The Estonian company described Poland as one of its key strategic markets and linked the cooperation to broader security requirements on NATO's Eastern Flank.

## EIRSHIELD provides the integration layer for sensors and effectors

EIRSHIELD is DefSecIntel's integrated multi-layer counter-UAS platform. The architecture can combine radar, radio-frequency, electro-optical and infrared, and acoustic sensors with multiple soft-kill and hard-kill effectors and interceptor drones.

DefSecIntel positions command and control as the integration layer connecting these components rather than tying EIRSHIELD to a single sensor or effector configuration. The company's current product information describes a plug-and-play architecture intended to integrate both existing and new third-party capabilities into a common operating and response chain.

That approach is particularly relevant to the SILTEC agreement. Instead of announcing a new standalone interceptor or detection system, the two companies are targeting integration between the Estonian C-UAS architecture and Polish secure-systems capabilities.

DefSecIntel has previously demonstrated EIRSHIELD working with third-party counter-drone technologies. In November 2025, the company participated in a demonstration in Latvia with Latvian manufacturer ORIGIN, where an EIRSHIELD radar provided target data for ORIGIN's BLAZE autonomous interceptor.

## Poland becomes a focus for DefSecIntel's C-UAS partnerships

The SILTEC memorandum gives DefSecIntel a Polish industrial partner as Warsaw continues to strengthen capabilities relevant to NATO's Eastern Flank. SILTEC's contribution will center on its experience with secure and classified systems, while DefSecIntel supplies the EIRSHIELD architecture and AI-assisted command-and-control layer.

The agreement does not disclose a contract value, procurement quantity, delivery schedule or specific Polish government customer. It should therefore be viewed as an industrial cooperation framework rather than a confirmed procurement program.

DefSecIntel has pursued similar integration partnerships elsewhere in Europe. In 2026, the company signed a memorandum with Romania's CARFIL, part of the ROMARM group, covering integrated counter-UAS capabilities for Romania and the wider region.

The company has also expanded EIRSHIELD through cooperation with interceptor manufacturers. Its agreement with Germany's Argus Interception covers integration of the A1-Falke interceptor into the EIRSHIELD architecture, while the multinational Dronetex initiative has connected EIRSHIELD with European and Ukrainian sensors and effectors.

The Polish agreement fits that broader strategy: using EIRSHIELD as an integration backbone while incorporating technologies and industrial capabilities from partner countries.

## MSPO 2026 highlights demand for integrated counter-drone systems

DefSecIntel is exhibiting its counter-UAS systems at MSPO 2026 in Kielce from September 8 to 11\. The company is presenting EIRSHIELD as European defense companies increasingly compete to provide complete sensor-to-effector architectures rather than individual counter-drone components.

The SILTEC cooperation also points toward a potential route for adapting EIRSHIELD to Polish security requirements without creating an entirely separate national architecture. Whether that cooperation progresses into a procurement program will depend on subsequent integration work, customer requirements and contracting decisions.

### What did DefSecIntel Solutions and SILTEC sign at MSPO 2026?

DefSecIntel Solutions and SILTEC signed a memorandum of understanding covering cooperation on integrated counter-UAS capabilities. The agreement combines DefSecIntel's EIRSHIELD architecture and AI-assisted command and control with SILTEC's expertise in secure and classified systems.

### What is the EIRSHIELD counter-UAS system?

EIRSHIELD is DefSecIntel Solutions' multi-layer counter-UAS architecture. It can integrate radar, RF, EO/IR and acoustic sensors with soft-kill and hard-kill effectors, including interceptor drones, through an AI-assisted command-and-control system.

### What will the DefSecIntel-SILTEC partnership focus on?

The companies identified critical infrastructure, borders, public safety and other sensitive environments as primary areas of cooperation. The work will include applications where controlled and non-kinetic methods of countering drones are required.

### Has Poland ordered EIRSHIELD?

No procurement was announced with the memorandum. DefSecIntel and SILTEC disclosed an industrial cooperation framework, but no contract value, quantity, delivery timetable or Polish customer was identified.
