CSG moves to acquire Polish wiring harness supplier DOMAR MS

Czechoslovak Group said on March 20, 2026 that its Polish subsidiary signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Warsaw-based DOMAR MS, a manufacturer of wiring harnesses, cabling, electrical boxes, and connectors used in defense and other specialized systems.

CSG moves to acquire Polish wiring harness supplier DOMAR MS

Czechoslovak Group is seeking to deepen its industrial position in Poland through the planned acquisition of DOMAR MS, a local supplier of cable harnesses and electrical components used across military and high-specification industrial applications. According to the company, the transaction is being executed through CSG Polska and remains subject to standard regulatory and antitrust approvals, with closing expected in the coming weeks.

The proposed purchase adds a component manufacturer to CSG’s Polish footprint at a time when the group is emphasizing local production, vertical integration, and closer alignment with Polish defense procurement requirements. CSG said DOMAR MS would continue operating on the Polish market after closing, while also gaining access to the group’s wider international structure.

From an industrial standpoint, the deal is significant less for scale than for supply-chain depth. DOMAR MS produces wiring harnesses, cabling, specialized connectors, and electrical enclosures used in military vehicles, radar, communications, electronics, and aerospace applications, according to CSG. Those are core subsystems that affect integration timelines, production resilience, and dependence on outside suppliers across multiple defense programs.

CSG indicated it plans to keep the company’s current workforce of around 220 employees in the initial phase and later raise headcount to about 300 this year, alongside investment in the facility and additional production capacity. The company also said DOMAR MS would continue fulfilling existing contracts and commitments after the transaction closes.

The move also fits a wider pattern in CSG’s Poland strategy. Earlier in March, the group announced a framework cooperation agreement with Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa covering potential joint work in ammunition, engines for unmanned systems and missiles, and land platforms, while highlighting the role of Polish localization and cross-border industrial cooperation within NATO and EU programs.

For CSG, acquiring DOMAR MS would strengthen control over a category of components that sits upstream of multiple defense production lines. For Poland, the transaction points to continued foreign investment tied to domestic manufacturing, technology retention, and supplier expansion rather than a purely sales-led market approach. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

CSG said it reported EUR 4.0 billion in 2024 revenue, employs more than 14,000 people across its integrated and affiliated companies, and has managed its Polish market development through Warsaw-based CSG Polska since late 2024. DOMAR MS, founded in 1997, is based in Warsaw and serves defense, aviation, and space-related industrial segments, according to the company.
