Aero Sentinel Demonstrates Counter-UAS Capabilities During Training with Croatian Special Forces
Aero Sentinel has announced its participation in a counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) training exercise conducted alongside the Croatian Special Forces, marking another operational demonstration of the company's drone detection and targeting technologies.
According to the company, the exercise was supported by its European representative, Petar Dragičević, and focused on evaluating C-UAS performance in a realistic operational environment.
During the exercise, Aero Sentinel stated that its systems successfully detected and tracked competing ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) drones, while providing accurate target acquisition and guidance data for strike platforms. The company said its technology demonstrated strong operational performance throughout the scenario.
Although no technical details, participating drone types, or performance metrics were disclosed, the exercise reflects the growing emphasis placed by European special operations forces on integrating advanced C-UAS capabilities into training and operational planning.
Military forces across Europe are increasingly seeking systems capable of not only detecting hostile drones but also providing real-time targeting information that can be integrated with kinetic or non-kinetic response options. Exercises involving operational units are becoming an important avenue for validating emerging technologies before wider procurement decisions.
Aero Sentinel described the training as another milestone in demonstrating the effectiveness of its technology in complex operational environments and indicated that further developments are expected in the near future.
