Frankenburg Technologies Lists Seven Jobs Across Estonia and Latvia
The Estonian missile defense company is recruiting engineers, production specialists and cybersecurity personnel as it develops its European manufacturing operations.
Estonian defense technology company Frankenburg Technologies is recruiting across its missile engineering, production and information security teams, with seven vacancies currently listed on its official careers website. The openings are concentrated in Estonia and Latvia, where the company is developing and manufacturing guided interceptor systems designed to counter drones and other aerial threats.
The positions include senior electronics and guidance engineers, systems and mechanical engineering specialists, and a production engineer based in Riga.
Frankenburg is also seeking a Head of Information Security to oversee cybersecurity and information protection across its operations. Most positions offer hybrid working arrangements, while the production engineering role requires an on-site presence in Riga.
The recruitment activity comes as Frankenburg builds out its industrial capacity following the opening of its missile assembly facility in Riga in June 2026. The company is developing its Mark I short-range guided interceptor and has outlined plans to expand manufacturing through a distributed European production network.
Its Latvian facilities are intended to reach a combined production capacity of up to 100 missiles per day by the end of 2026, although this remains a company target.

The company's expansion follows a €30 million Series A financing round announced earlier this year, which AdriaDefense previously reported.
