Ljubljana Webinar to Examine Funding and Market Access for Dual Use and Defense Startups

Technology Park Ljubljana is organizing an online webinar focused on the challenges and opportunities facing dual use and defense technology startups as European and NATO defense innovation initiatives continue to expand.

The event will examine how companies developing technologies with both civilian and military applications can access funding, accelerator programs, and defense markets. According to the organizers, the webinar will provide an overview of the specific requirements that distinguish dual use and defense ventures from conventional technology startups.

Topics scheduled for discussion include the definition and characteristics of dual use technologies, product development considerations, financing options, and market entry strategies. Organizers also plan to address how defense customers, investors, and specialized accelerator programs assess emerging technologies and startups operating in the sector.
